Why take part in fitness challenges?
When you start a fitness journey, taking part in fitness challenges are a must, they are motivational, they keep you focused and they push your body to new lengths.
So why not join us on our 5 mile walk, you can take it on as a personal challenge or you can support a charity and do a sponsored walk.
This walk is a build up to a 10 mile walk in summer, so it will be good practice. Bring your friends, family, children and strollers to take part in this great event wherever you are.
If you want to take part in this event you can do so no matter where you are in the world! All you need to do is download the "MapMyRun" App to track your walk on Saturday 28th April 2018 at 10am. You can even complete the 5 miles in the gym or at home on a treadmill.
