How:
Cycle, Run, Jog, Walk or a combination of all 4 but 50 miles must be done on foot.
You can register to complete the challenge individually or with an exercise partner (when doing it as a pair you can split the miles however you see fit).

Take part in our 100-mile challenge suitable for the fittest and beginners.
Register to complete the miles individually or do it with a workout partner and share the load.
The challenge is open for all, you can do it in the gym or outdoors, simply download a distance tracking app such as 'MapMyRun' and send screenshots of your progress or pictures of the distance covered on your running machine/bike.
If you make it to the finals and cover 100 miles by the end of the 30 days you could be chosen to win £50!
