100 Miles

How: 

Cycle, Run, Jog, Walk or a combination of all 4 but 50 miles must be done on foot.

*Cross-trainers can be used also (capped at 50 miles)

Have you come to a standstill in your training? Bored of your workouts or a complete beginner not knowing where to start? Then you need a fierce fitness challenge to get you fired up.

Take part in our 100-mile challenge suitable for the fittest and beginners.

The challenge is open for all, you can do it in the gym or outdoors, if you don’t have a treadmill or cross-trainer to track your distance, simply download a distance tracking app such as 'MapMyRun' and send screenshots of your progress or pictures of the distance covered on your running machine/bike.
