Welcome to Atheleas Daughters Training Club (ADTC) where we’re as passionate about getting you fit and lean as we are about honouring your deen.

In noticing the barriers Muslim women face in the fitness world, ADTC was started in 2014 to give you a suitable place to set and crush your goals like the fierce Muslim woman you are. Muslim women online fitness sessions have become a lifeline for many. You can now train at home, in your own space, without commuting, babysitting worries, or awkward studio environments. From live Zoom sessions to pre‑recorded workouts you can do in your living room. It’s not just convenient … it’s liberating.
